Sally joined the company following a career in marketing, management and administration. Her years working alongside her father supporting the company have provided a sound foundation for the continued success of the business.
Sparky Merk
Technical Resource
Sparky joined Meritech after thirty-one years in engineering and management for a major electric utility, and seven more years as a management consultant across a variety of industries. A graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sparky is our primary technical resource.
Jimmie Merritt
Meritech Founder
Founded Meritech in 1987 after a thirty-year career in Technical Support and Chemical Sales for a major chemical manufacturer. Jim subsequently operated Meritech for thirty years until turning over management of the company to his daughter Sally in July, 2017. Jim is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a degree in Chemistry.
